作者簡介 楊富斌，北京第二外國語學院法政學院院長、教授，中國人民大學博士，二外法學學科帶頭人和學術委員會委員，全國高校首屆法律英語大賽組委會主任，主講法理學、美國法律概況等課程，主研法理學、旅游法學等領域。主要著作有《信息化認識系統(tǒng)導論》、《現(xiàn)代西方哲學方法論》、《旅行社監(jiān)管法律制度研究》等。主要翻譯著作有《過程與實在》、《社會科學方法論》、《社會科學基礎》和《社會科學哲學》等。 魯勤，北京第二外國語學院英語語言文學專業(yè)碩士研究生畢業(yè)，曾擔任專業(yè)翻譯多年，有外企工作經(jīng)歷，現(xiàn)任北京聯(lián)合大學專職英語教師，主要講授英語口語、聽力、寫作、閱讀等。主要翻譯作品有《劍橋美國文學史》、《職業(yè)導游》、《國際飯店管理》等，編寫并出版《高級口譯教程》等。
