圖書內(nèi)容簡介

本書收錄了國際環(huán)境法領(lǐng)域的有關(guān)條約、公約或文件（中英文版）共21篇，內(nèi)容涉及國際環(huán)境法的一般規(guī)定、氣候變化、生物多樣性、水資源、荒漠化、危險物質(zhì)的管理等多個方面。從文件的內(nèi)容和法律效力上歸類，可分為三個部分：一是目前國際環(huán)境法領(lǐng)域最主要的公約，這部分公約均已生效，并在處理國際環(huán)境法律關(guān)系中發(fā)揮著重要作用。如《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》、《聯(lián)合國生物多樣性公約》等；二是國際環(huán)境法領(lǐng)域里程碑式的代表性文件，如《人類環(huán)境宣言》、《里約環(huán)境與發(fā)展宣言》等，這部分文件盡管不具有法律約束力，但對國際法的形成和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響，具有軟法的性質(zhì)；三是國際環(huán)境法領(lǐng)域新出臺的一些文件，如《關(guān)于預(yù)防原則的條文草案》、《危險活動引起跨界損害的損失分配條款（草案）》、《國際水道非航行使用法公約》等，這部分文件盡管暫未通過或生效，但其代表了未來國際環(huán)境法的主要內(nèi)容或發(fā)展方向。
