　　詞語"×月×日止"（to）、"至×月×日"（until）、"直至×月×日"(till) 、"從×月×日"(from) 及“在X月X日至X月X日之間”(between) 用于確定裝運(yùn)期限時(shí)，包括所述日期。詞語“X月X日之前”(before) 及“X月X日之后”(after) 不包括所述日期。
　　本條款單獨(dú)就船期中起止時(shí)間的約定做出了規(guī)定。在有關(guān)時(shí)間的詞匯上，因語意的不同經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生差異，所以在英文合同中經(jīng)常會(huì)看到就此問題做出規(guī)定，或適用多個(gè)平行的詞語予以明確。值得注意的是，本條系針對(duì)船期而言，特別要注意from的差異，在船期上”FROM”的這一天是包括在內(nèi)的。這和期限的規(guī)定有明確差異。

The words “from” and "after" when used to determine a maturity date exclude the date mentioned.
　　詞語“從X月X日”（from）以及“X月X日之后”(after) 用于確定到期日時(shí)不包括所述日期。
　　就到期日而言，通常約定多少天后到期為最常見的表述。在此條款中，關(guān)于from的表述和前面船期的內(nèi)容有明顯差異，應(yīng)引起特別注意。

The terms "first half" and "second half" of a month shall be construed respectively as the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the last day of the month, all dates inclusive.
　　術(shù)語"上半月"和"下半月"應(yīng)分別理解為自每月"1日至15日"和"16日至月末最后一天"，包括起迄日期。
The terms "beginning", "middle" and "end" of a month shall be construed respectively as the 1st to the 10th, the 11th to the 20th and the 21st to the last day of the month, all dates inclusive.
　　術(shù)語"月初"、"月中"和"月末"應(yīng)分別理解為每月1日至10日、11日至20日和21日至月末最后一天，包括起迄日期。
　　就月份的條款，將半月、月初、月中、月末進(jìn)行了明確指定，有利于解決可能產(chǎn)生的歧義。
