Abstract: Now the problem of how to protect peasants’rights is focused on by more and more people. For a long time, that peasants’rights are badly neglected and injured is not only because of our country’s urban and suburban dualism structure and policies deviation on peasants, but also because of lack of law for peasant rights protection. In view of this, this text analyses the problem of peasant rights protection in light of macroscopic legislation sustentation and microcosmic legal aid operation and puts forward some specific advice.
