Abstract: The system of agreed jurisdiction has now become one of the basic jurisdiction system in international civil litigation, and obtains many new developments. The application of the system of agreed jurisdiction is necessarily limited in every country for the purpose of its reasonable application. To follow the international trend, the same system in our country should be bettered.
