[Abstract] Deed is a pure action of body. ‘Crime of omission’ and ‘omission of crime’ are two different concepts. The author thinks ,there is no deed character in ‘omission of crime’,but there are deed character in some crimes of omission, and there is no deed character in some crimes of omission. Because of no deed character of some crimes of omission , it shows the defects of our criminal law and the theory of our criminal law. So our criminal law and the theory of our criminal law need to be perfected.
